Anas El-Jisr

Anas is a partner at JP Legal's Riyadh office, bringing two decades of experience in corporate and commercial law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, takeovers, and equity investments in the Saudi Arabian market.

He has built a stellar reputation for navigating complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring projects. He has a deep understanding of Saudi local regulations, working alongside major Saudi family businesses and multinational companies.

He has advised and represented multinational companies and local Saudi giants such as Siemens GmbH, Anghami, Mercedes-Benz, ENBD Bank, Al Othaim Group, Al Rajhi Investment, Blom Invest Fund, Elie Saab, Apotex, Facebook, and L'Oréal.

He graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB), completed his Postgraduate Diploma in Laws at University College London (UCL), and further acquired an LL.M. in Commercial & Corporate Law from UCL.

Anas is currently leading a team of highly skilled attorneys specializing in M&A transactions for multinational clients in the healthcare, finance, technology, and contracting/industrial sectors. He actively advises major Saudi groups and multinational clients on a wide range of corporate and M&A transactions in Saudi Arabia and the MENA region.
