If at any point you become unhappy or concerned about the service that the Firm has provided, and you would like to make a complaint, then please contact the partner responsible for your matter who will be happy to discuss the matter with you. Complaints can be sent to J&P Legal e-mail and we will endeavor to respond to your message within 48 hours or as soon as possible. You will not be charged for the handling of your complaint.
